Hello, Tipsters and Bettors! This Tipmon User Agreement (“Terms and Conditions”) applies to your access to and use of the websites, mobile apps (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by Tipmon. (“Tipmon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Platform.

Your Access to the Platform

No one under 18 is allowed to use or access the Platform.

By using the Platform, you state that:

• You are at least 18 years old and over the minimum age required by the laws of your country of residence to access and use the Platform.

Privacy

Tipmon’s Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect and use information about you when you access or use our Services. You understand that through your use of the Services, you consent to the collection and use of this information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

Your Tipmon Account

Some features of our Platform is available for Non Registered users:

• Browse all the Channels available in Platform
• See the details of a Channel available in Platform.
• See all tips shared by Tipsters on their Channels

Registered user is a user who signs up to the Platform and verifies his/her email after receving verification email

Features available to Registered users:

• Create unlimited Tipster Channels
• Share tips via Channels user own

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms and Conditions
